What is the purpose of Belting Edge Sealing?
Belt edge sealing prevents oil, grease, water, debris, and bacteria from penetrating the belt, thereby extending its service life; by reforming the fused edge, it not only securely seals the fabric layers but also allows for repairs.
It is commonly used for electronic tobacco, food, detection, conveyor belt edge sealing, to eliminate the exposed edge fiber of conveyor belt, which can prevent the edge of conveyor belt from chipping, prevent grease, moisture or other pollutants from entering the conveyor belt from the side, and protect the edge tension balance of textile fiber.
