What is our warranty time?

The warranty period for all machines is one year. Within one year, if the machines are not damaged due to human factors, we will provide free accessories and provide video guidance to complete the replacement work. This replacement process is not complicated. All customers we currently serve can complete replacement work on their own. If there is any damage to the accessories one year later, the cost of purchasing the accessories needs to be borne by the buyer.

Is the operation of timing belt processing equipment complex?

It's not difficult, we can easily teach you how to use it through videos

How to install and use the machine after receiving it?

Most of our machines do not require installation, they can be plugged in and used after unpacking. Very convenient. Only a few machines require the installation of accessories. We will provide video guidance.

What is the payment term?

100% paid before shipment by TT.

Our machines are sold worldwide, with Europe, South America, and Southeast Asian countries being our main markets.

What is the usual lead time for belt splicing machines？

We have prepared a considerable inventory of belt splicing machines. So regular models can usually be shipped within 3 days.

By sea from ningbo port or shanghai port ,by air from shanghai airport ,or for small splicing machine you can choose courier send directly to your factory.

Can I only purchase accessories from you separately?

Sure you can ,air heating gun,air compressor ,air bag ,silicone mold  ,timing belt joint mold ,cutting board for finger punching machine .we can all sell separately.

Depending on the specific frequency of use and maintenance. Normally, it can last for 10 years.
