V Guide Notching Machine

V Guide Notching Machine is designed to punch U-shaped or V-shaped notches into trapezoidal or specially shaped PU / PVC guide strips, thereby reducing the bending resistance encountered as the strips pass around conveyor rollers.

Features: 

1. PLC control, fully automated, automatic length measurement, automatic grooving.

2. Automatic waste removal and cleanliness: automatically pushes out the waste stuck in the punch after the teeth are punched, preventing blockages that may affect subsequent processing.

3. It uses a more powerful servo motor, making it more than twice as fast as the standard models on the market.

4. It can save the punching program,You don't need to adjust the program every time; you just need to select.
   

Regarding accessories :

1. We will provide standard model , the machine goes with 6*4mm,8*5mm,10*6mm,13*8mm and two U-shaped blade ( double side can cut,it is not easy to be broken )

2. If you need more size ,like V-Shaped blade ,please contact us .
